We have worked all over the UK, in Europe and as far afield as China and the Philippines.
We have experience in Project Managing fully automated high speed canning and bottling lines in the UK and as far afield as China (San Miguel) and the Philippines (Coca-Cola). Responsibilities include liaison with the Client and suppliers and as Site Manager supervising the Installation and Commissioning of projects.
We have experience in Project Managing and Site Managing Materials Handling systems for major companies such as Aggregate Industries, Ammann GMBH, Day Group Limited, Lierbherr and Tarmac Limited. Projects include BAD, quarried materials, Asphalt production and Concrete batching plants in the UK. Projects include ensuring CDM compliance, management of civil and mechanical/electrical suppliers
In 2014 we were awarded a contract to site manage the installation of a fully automated warehouse materials handling system in Yorkshire
In the last four years we have been engaged to site manage the installation of four asphalt plants each with the approximate value of £2.5m in Glasgow, Heathrow, Newcastle and Sheffield. The last project in Newcastle we were employed by the Client to prepare all CDM documentation, to project manage the civil contractor and to supervise the German supplier of the plant.
In 2016 we were engaged to site manage the installation of a £3M bottom ash recycling plant in London with the above photograph showing the start of the conveyor installation into and out of the screen house that housed the ECS and trommel.
In 2014/2015 we were employed to site manage the installation of a rail unloading system providing aggregate to a concrete batching plant in central London that formed a small part of a major infrastructure development.
